城镇化质量与消费结构的灰色关联分析——以重庆市为例

On Grey Correlation Analysis of New Urbanization Quality and Consumption Structure——Take Chongqing for Example

重庆从1997年正式直辖以来,城镇化进程不断加快,社会经济发展水平显著提升.基于重庆市城镇化特点,从4个维度构建城镇化质量评价指标体系,对1997-2013年的重庆市城镇化质量进行综合测度.运用灰色关联模型并结合重庆市城镇居民消费结构数据,对重庆市城镇化进程中消费结构的变化情况进行解析.研究表明:研究时段内,重庆市城镇化质量发展经历了4个阶段.现阶段重庆市城镇化质量处于完善阶段.城镇居民的消费结构以发展型消费为主,生存型消费支出比重逐渐弱化,享乐型消费支出逐渐扩大.针对这一现象提出优化城镇居民消费结构的几点对策,从而促进城镇化健康快速发展.

Urbanization process speeds up quickly,meanwhile,social and economic development level increased significantly since Chongqing become municipality in 1997.Based on characteristics of urbanization of Chongqing,the urbanization quality＇s evaluation index system of Chongqing of four dimensions has been constructed,and the quality of urbanization from 1997 to 2013has been evaluated.Combining the data of urban resident＇s consumption structure,the method of grey correlation was lead up to focus to analysis the influence of different consumption structure from urbanization development of Chongqing.The results show that urbanization development of Chongqing is divided into four steps and now it is impeccable.Chongqing urban resident＇s consumption structure is given priority to with developmental consumption,necessity proportion of consumer spending is weakened,and pleasure-seeking consumption is going to increase in urbanization process.For the phenomenon,try to explore some suggestions that optimize urban residents＇ consumption structure in the new urbanization development process in order to promote the development of urbanization healthily and quickly.
