摘要
以2011年东日本大地震时推特以及NGO救援组织发布的数据为研究对象,利用可视化技术呈现推特用户区域行为异构性和情绪变化特征,以及在突发事件过程中NGO捐赠的集群行为特点,为突发事件应急管理提供有效的决策支持.
Extreme events have an important influence on our society.Based on the data of social media and NGO donations,visualization techniques provide effective information support for decision makers,which has important significance.Taking Japanese earthquake in 2011 as a case study,this paper reports the heterogenous collective posting and emotional responses to such event based on the data of Twitter,as well as the characteristics of donation from NGOs.These results provide effective and useful information for decision making.
