闻喜水土流失治理及生态文明建设的实践与思考

地处山西省黄河中游黄土高原南部的闻喜县,山丘区面积占全县国土面积的83.03%,水土流失面积占山丘区面积的97.42%。由于全县水土流失极其严重导致了生态环境严重恶化。建国后各时期采取建淤地坝、修水平梯田、造林、种草等多种治理和修复措施,生态环境得到了有效的改善。回顾总结了水土流失治理的经验与教训,提出今后一个时期闻喜水土流失治理的有效措施。为黄土高原治理水土流失起到典型示范作用。

Wenxi County is located in the south of the Loess Plateau in the middle reaches of the Yellow River in Shanxi Province,with hilly area covering 83.03% of the county＇s land area and soil and water erosion area 97.42% of the hilly area.The county＇s serious soil and water loss has caused extremely serious deterioration of the ecological environment.Since the founding of New China,various measures have been taken,such as dams,level terrace,afforestation,seeding and so on,and the ecological environment has been effectively improved.Experiences and lessons in soil and water loss control have been retrospectively summarized.Effective measures for soil and water loss control in Wenxi have been put forward,playing a typical role of model for treating soil and water loss in the Loess Plateau.
