水利工程建设监理合同管理及评价研究

Water conservancy project construction supervision contract management and evaluation research

针对我国水利工程建设施工监理工作的现状,以及南水北调中线一期引江济汉工程荆州段施工监理合同执行的实际,采用AHP方法,建立了施工监理合同执行及评价指标体系和评价阈值,分析了现场监理机构组建、工程开工前的准备、监理控制与管理等敏感指标,并用实际资料进行评价。结论为:荆州段施工监理合同执行综合评价值0.92,评价为优良,与实际情况相符合。

Based on the present situation of our water conservancy engineering construction supervision,and the actual construction supervision contract execution in Jinzhou section of＂ bringing Changjiang river water to Hanjiang river in the first phase of the south-to-north water transfer project,using AHP method,construction supervision contract implementation,evaluation index system and evaluation threshold are established,site supervision institutions,preparation before start working,supervision control and management and other sensitive indicators are analyzed,and evaluation is made with actual data.The conclusion is：the comprehensive evaluation value of Jingzhou construction supervision contract performance G=0.92,the evaluation is good and consistent with actual situation.
