摘要
设计了一种共面波导形式的近场磁场探头,用于天线近场测量。通过建立电磁仿真模型,计算了探头的S21和S11参数,验证了探头在100~1 500 MHz频段具有良好的频率特性。实物加工与测量结果表明:探头的实物与仿真结果相符,证明了所设计的共面波导形式的近场磁场探头的有效性和高空间分辨率。
A magnetic field probe was designed for the antenna near-field test in the form of coplanar waveguide. An electromagnetic simulation model was established to calculate S21 and S11 parameters of the probe,and the probe had a good frequency characteristic in the frequency band of 100 ~ 1 500 MHz. A physical proto type was manufactured and tested. The results show that the probe has a good consistency with the simulation results. The effectiveness and high spatial resolution of the designed magnetic field probe based on coplanar waveguide are proved.
