清末民初绍兴商业合伙形态研究

On Business Partnership of Shaoxing in the Late Qing Dynasty and Early Republic of China

绍兴商会档案保存了一批能够反映清末民初绍兴商业合伙形态的材料。通过这批材料,可以发现清末民初绍兴的商业合伙制度已经相对成熟,但在某些方面仍然不完善。从合伙商号的成立到日常运作,再到股东的退伙,其间已形成一套成型的制度,显得较为成熟。但这套合伙制度在其运行过程中,又弊病迭现,既定的规章,常常无法约束股东,显然这套制度还有待完善。

There are archives on business partnership of the late Qing dynasty and early Republic of China in Shaoxing Chamber of Commerce. Though the business partnership reflected in those archives is relatively developed,it is far from perfect. From the establishment of partnership to the operation of partnership,and to the shareholder withdrawal,there are characteristics of formal institutions which show that the partnership of Shaoxing is mature. But it is immature when problems occur frequently in the course of operation and when shareholders always disobey the regulations.
