长三角科技成果转化组织路径研究

On Organization Path of Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation in the Yangtze River Delta

在长三角地区经济一体化过程中,区域创新系统逐步形成,苏浙沪皖在有各自特色的区域创新系统下,越来越重视区域间的互补性,通过技术合作、产业合作和资本合作,形成了技术牵引型组织、产业牵引型组织和资本牵引型组织。在上海建设科技创新中心的大背景下,将长三角地区丰富的创新资源在合作的基础上整合起来,发挥协同效应,通过整个区域之间的互动协作,让科技成果在相互转化的过程中实现创新共振、转化升级,从而促进长三角区域创新系统的完善,提高长三角地区整体的创新水平。

In the process of economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta region,the regional innovation system has gradually formed. Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui pay growing attention to the complementarity between regions in their respective characteristics of the regional innovation system. Through technical cooperation,industrial cooperation and capital cooperation,they form three categories of organizations respectively introduced by and oriented on technology,industry and capital. Against the backdrop of the establishment of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center,it is vital to integrate the rich innovation resources in the Yangtze River Delta region on the basis of cooperation and synergy. Through interaction and cooperation in the region as a whole,the overall innovation level of the Yangtze River Delta region can be enhanced by transforming and upgrading the science and technology achievements so as to perfect the regional innovation system in the Delta.
