新型城镇化背景下江西省城市人口增长与土地扩张协调性研究

Coordination between Urban Land Expansion and Population Growth under the Background of the New Urbanization in Jiangxi Province

城市人地协调关系是新型城镇化研究的重要内容。基于2001年、2012年城市人口与建成区面积数据,利用数理统计及GIS空间分析方法对江西省城市人地协调关系进行深入分析。结果表明:1)江西省城市人口在空间分布上逐步形成轴带状"核心-边缘"结构、而城市建成区则呈"一轴多核"格局,城市规模的南北差异随着赣南地区城市发展而逐步缩小。2)从城市类型空间分布看,土地扩张型城市主要集中在地级市及其周边县市、交通沿线城市,人口增长型城市则主要为省域边缘县市。3)对江西省人地协调关系进行多视角统计分析得到行政等级体系下市级以上城市土地扩张特征显著,人口规模体系下大中城市呈土地显著增长、中小城市人地相对协调,地形要素下城市类型分布与江西省"平原-丘陵-山区"的地形特征显著正相关。4)在人地关系多视角统计及空间分布基础上立足各类城市发展现状,提出新型城镇化背景下促进江西省城市人地协调发展建议及相关措施。

In the context of new-type urbanization,the coordinative relationship between urban land expansion and population growth is a key research issue which has aroused the attention among academics.Based on the urban population and built-up area data of Jiangxi Province in 2001 and 2012,population growth-land expansion coordination model was built.This paper uses the mathematical statistics and spatial analysis methods for further analysis.Results show that：1）The north-south differences are significant among the whole cities in Jiangxi Province,but it shows a decreasing tendency with the urban development in Gannan area.2）With regard to spatial distribution,land expansion oriented cities are mainly concentrated in prefecture-level cities and its surrounding counties or the cities along trunk transportation lines,while population growth oriented cities are mainly located in periphery region of the province.3）Based on the perspective of administrative hierarchy system,the prefecture-level cities show a significant characteristic of land expansion,while the county-level cities present a pattern of ＂three-pillars＂.What′s more,the cities with the population more than 0.2million expand dramatically and other distributed small-medium cities relatively balance when we explore the city coordination from the perspective of the population scale.The coordination between urban land expansion and population growth positively relates with the terrain features of the ＂plain-hill-mountainous＂ in Jiangxi Province.4）Based on research results,researchers make some proposals to promote the coordination between land expansion and population growth in Jiangxi Province according to the situation of urban development in various city-levels.
