摘要
通过风险识别和评估指标的筛选,初步建立了海上长停井的风险评估及分级方法,并通过现状分析,分别从管理和技术方面提出了相应的措施建议,对于海上长停井的有效治理,以及相关制度和标准的制定具有一定的借鉴意义。
Through the risk identification and evalua- tion index selection initially develops a risk assessment and grading method for offshore long - term shut -off wells. Based on situation analysis, put forward the corresponding recommended measures from management and technical aspects respectively. It has a certain reference value for offshore long - term shut - off wells effective governance and related system and standard formulation.
