摘要
由于钢桥面板与U肋对接处经常发生疲劳破坏,对该结构进行数值分析研究。通过数值模拟对焊接结构的残余应力进行估算与分析,建立ANSYS有限元模型,采用生死单元技术及APDL循环模拟热源的输入。通过计算分析,得到结构温度场及应力场的变化过程与残余应力的分布情况。分析结果显示:钢桥面板与U肋间的焊缝区残余拉应力达到材料的抗拉强度屈服值,而焊接残余压应力相对较小。
Fatigue failure is the common question occurred at butt welding seams of U- ribs of the orthotropic steel bridge deck. In this article,the numerical analysis was carried out on the weld. To evaluate and analysis the change of welding residual stress of the structure,the finite element model is created. Element birth and death and APDL language was applied to simulate the heat input and weld seam fill- in. The changing process of temperature field and stress field can be gained based on the numerical analysis. The analysis showed that residual tensile stress near the weld seam is close to material yielding stress,and residual compressive stress is relatively small.
