桥面铺装常用防水粘结层材料力学性能研究

Research on Mechanical Property of Commonly-Used Waterproof Adhesive Layer Material for Bridge Deck Pavement

针对混凝土桥桥面铺装防水粘结层材料的选择问题,选用三种常见的防水粘结层材料:SBS改性沥青、橡胶沥青、高粘沥青同步碎石防水粘结层材料,分别进行了剪切试验和拉拔试验研究,综合两种试验的试验结果,优选出SBS改性沥青、橡胶沥青和高粘沥青三种防水粘结层材料在不同沥青洒布量、不同碎石撒布量和不同碎石粒径间的最优搭配形式,同时也测试了三种防水粘结层材料在不同条件下的抗变形能力。

Aiming at the selection problem of waterproof adhesive layer material for concrete bridge deck pavement,three kinds of commonly- used waterproof adhesive layer materials are selected： SBS modified asphalt,rubber asphalt,high- viscosity asphalt synchronous crushed stone waterproof adhesive layer material,and the researches on shear test and pull- out test are respectively made. The test results of such two kinds of tests show the best collocation form of three kinds of selected waterproof adhesive layer materials like SBS modified asphalt,rubber asphalt and high- viscosity asphalt in different asphalt spraying amounts,crushed stone spraying amounts and crushed stone grain sizes. Meanwhile,the anti- deformation ability of three kinds of waterproof adhesive layer materials under different conditions is tested.
