摘要
针对普通水泥混凝土的优缺点,对普通混凝土中掺入钢纤维进行研究。通过室内试验得出了钢纤维混凝土的抗弯拉强度可提高15%~30%,抗冲击强度提高了3~5倍,在抗压强度、抗干缩开裂性能、耐磨性方面都有显著提高。工程实例表明,钢纤维混凝土路面在重载交通路段等特殊需求的地区具有较好的推广应用价值。
Aiming at merits and demerits of ordinary concrete,the research on mixing of steel fiber in ordinary concrete is made. We can obtain that the bending tensile strength of steel fiber concrete can increase 15%- 30%,and the anti- shock strength can increase 3- 5 times through laboratory experiment. The compressive strength,anti- dry- shrinkage cracking performance and abrasive resistance and so on are improved obviously.The project case shows that steel fiber concrete pavement has good popularization and application values in regions with specific requirements like heavy- duty traffic section and so on.
