摘要
盾构法是地铁隧道施工最常用的方法,盾构机在穿越桥梁基础路段时,极易引起基础下沉,危及桥梁上部通行和地铁施工安全,因此控制基础下沉量是施工关键所在。杭州地铁一号线在盾构连续穿越群桩施工中,采用多次注浆技术,有效减少了基础沉降,预防桥梁开裂和变形,保证了桥梁结构和地铁施工安全,可为类似工程施工提供一定借鉴。
shield tunneling method is the most commonly used method in subway tunnel construction. It is extremely easy to cause foundation settlement in shield machine through section of bridge foundation,which will endanger the upper bridge traffic and subway construction safety. Therefore,the control of foundation settlement is a key to the construction. Hangzhou Metro Line No. 1 in continuous shield tunneling through the pile group foundation construction,using multiple grouting technique,effectively reduces the foundation settlement,and prevents bridge cracking and deformation,to ensure the bridge structure and the safety of subway construction. This has certain reference significance for similar engineering construction. This can provide reference for similar engineering construction.
