摘要
研究、分析、解决公共问题,维护公共利益,既是MPA教育的根本宗旨,也是MPA教育改革的基本取向。从问题就是理想与现实的差距这一含义出发,提出从问题的应然性分析到实然性分析的MPA培养范式。西北师范大学MPA教育在论文选题、教师队伍建设、案例教学、实践基地建设、对外培训等方面作了一系列富有实效的探索。
Research,analysis,public sector problem solving,and public interests maintenance are the fundamental purpose of MPA education and the basic orientation of MPA education reform.The paper starts from defining problem as the gap between the ideal and the reality,and then elaborates on constructing a MPA paradigm which is based on the analysis of the ideal and reality of a problem.In accordance with this new paradigm,a series of effective exploratory measures have been taken in the MPA education of Northwest Normal University in the following areas:thesis proposal,teacher team building,case teaching,practice base construction,and external training.
