近年来,关联分析作为一种分析方法,在植物数量性状关联作图、功能基因鉴定和植物育种中得到广泛应用。本文介绍了关联分析的原理、特点、基本策略及在植物遗传学中的应用。
In recent years, correlation analysis as an analytical method has been widely used in the context of plant quantitative trait correlation mapping, functional gene identification and plant breeding. This paper introduced the principle,characteristics, basic strategy and application of correlation analysisin plant genetics.
