摘要如何做到对高校辅导员的本质进行科学的认知是构建辅导员主体理论体系的基本点和出发点,也是建构辅导员主体理论体系认识的前提条件。以马克思主义本质观为指导条件,利用高校辅导员本质的存在性、多维性等多种特性,对高校辅导员的本质进行初步的分析与探讨。 How to make scientific cognition on the essence of college counselors is the basic point and the starting point to build counselor theoretical system, and also the prerequisite of construction of counselor theoretical system awareness. Taking Marxism essence view as a guide condition, making use of college counselors＆#39; characteristics of the existence and multidimensional nature, this paper conducted a preliminary analysis and discussion on the nature of college counselors.
