Student employment guidance is an important point for reform and development of school, it must start from the building of talents training mode with integration of theory and practice, management mechanism of service with the involvement of entire workforce, career planning of outstanding students＇ individual development, operation mechanism construction of combining learning with working, continuously improve students＇ employment stable rate, so as to achieve a higher quality of career guidance.
