2009～2012年某集团军官兵疾病特征分析

Analysis of disease characteristics of a group of military officers in 2009- 2012

目的分析某集团军官兵疾病谱的特点和变化规律,为掌握陆军部队健康整体水平、确定疾病防控优先领域及制定有效干预措施提供科学依据。方法收集2009～2012年发病统计资料,按国际疾病分类（ICD-9）,使用SPSS18.0软件进行统计描述。结果在2009～2012年各兵种中,步兵是就诊和住院的主要人群,构成比分别达53.36%和45.09%。训练伤、上呼吸道感染、慢性腰腿痛、皮肤病和胃肠炎是各兵种就诊和住院的常见病和多发病,列门诊和住院疾病谱的前10位。结论呼吸系统疾病、训练伤、慢性腰腿痛、皮肤病以及消化系统疾病等是陆军部队卫生防病工作的重点,应加强对以上疾病的健康教育和健康促进干预。

Objective To analyze the characteristics and changes in the disease spectrum of army officers in order to provide scientific basis for the control of the overall level of army health and determine the priority areas of disease prevention and control. Methods The incidence of 2009- 2012 in the Army group was collected and analyzed statistically according to the international classification of diseases（ ICD-9）,and statistical description was performed with SPSS18. 0.Results From 2009 to 2012,the infantry was the maximum population of all branches of the military visits and the number of hospitalization,their constitute ratio was 53. 36% and 45. 09%,respectively. Training injury,upper respiratory tract infection,low back pain,skin diseases and gastroenteritis were the common and frequently occurring disease of all branches for visitting and hospitalization,which were in the top 10 of the disease spectrum. Conclusion Respiratory system diseases,training injury,low back pain,skin diseases,digestive system diseases,etc. are the key points of disease prevention in army troops,and the department concerned should strengthen the health education and health promotion for intervention on the above diseases.
