政治参与是现代公民与团体表达政治利益诉求的重要形式,伴随着科技的迅猛发展,以互联网和移动终端为代表的新媒体重塑了现代社会政治参与的模式,尤其以其虚拟互动、使用便捷、传播广泛、成本低廉等优势,日益成为公民表达利益诉求的优选路径。但与之相伴的是,新媒体的到来也引发了诸多问题,对政治参与的良性发展产生了一定的负面影响。基于此,有必要对当前国内公民政治参与的发展态势进行分析,并有针对性地施以正确引导,以最终实现推动我国公民政治参与良序健康发展的目的。

The political participation of modern citizens and groups is an important form of expression of political interests.With the rapid development of science and technology,new media represented by Internet and mobile terminals has reshaped the patterns of political participation of modern society,in particular,with its considerable strengths including virtual interactive,easy-to-use,low-cost and widespread features.However,at the same time,the development of new media has also raised many concerns and has a certain negative impact on the benign development of political participation.Based on these above,it is imperative to conduct analysis on the developmental trend of the citizen＇s participation in political affairs and try to give targeted guidance in order to accomplish the goal of promoting the healthy development of citizen＇s political participation.
