新形势下高校党建存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Party Construction in Colleges and Universities under the new situation

高校党建是基层党建的重要组成部分。近年来,我国高校各级党组织在复杂多变的国际国内形势下,以改革创新精神全面加强学校基层党的建设工作,取得了显著的成效。但是,与经济社会发展的新常态和高等教育改革的新要求相比,我国高校党建工作在领导班子建设、机制体制建设、基层组织建设、思想政治建设等方面仍然存在着一系列亟待解决的突出问题。加强和改进高校党建工作,要围绕领导班子建设这一关键来展开,落实和完善党委领导下的校长负责制,不断夯实基层党组织基础,改进青年教师和大学生思想政治教育。

Party construction in colleges and universities is an essential part of grass-roots party＇s construction. Under the complex domestic and international circumstances, Party organizations in colleges and universities at all levels with the spirit of reform and inno- vation have made remarkable achievements in recent years, by strengthening the party building at the primary level in colleges and uni- versities. However, compared with the new normal of the development of economic society and new demands of higher education re- form, there still exists a series of problems need to be dealt with urgently, such as leading group, institutional mechanisms and prima- u-level organizations construction, ideological and political construction. In order to consolidate and improve the Party construction in colleges and universities under the new situation, it is the key to reinforce the leading group construction. Specifically, we should com- plete the principal accountability system under the leadership of the Party committee, solidify the primary level party organizations, and enhance the ideological and political education on young teachers and college students.
