The Path of China's Research and Development Industry in the New Period

当经济发展步入创新驱动阶段后,研发产业对区域产业结构升级、经济发展质量提升、科技创新能力提高具有重要作用。我国研发产业发展总体处于初始期,大力发展研发产业可以推动我国区域经济增长、产业结构升级与创新能力提升。在全球研发网络化不断发展的背景下,我国研发产业必须做大做强才能成为研发网络中的核心节点,才能通过研发网络获取更多的高端创新资源或开拓更大市场空间。为此,我国研发产业必须走特色发展、协同发展、集中发展、集群发展、开放发展的路径,推进研发产业快速健康发展。

After the period of economic development turned into innovation drive stage, research and development industry （R＆D industry for short） plays an important role in upgrading regional industry structure, improving economic development quality, and rai- sing science ＆ technology innovation ability. Generally speaking, China＇s R＆D industry development is in the initial period, great de- velopment of it can promote regional economic growth, upgrade industrial structure, and raise the ability of innovation. Under the back- ground of the development of global R＆D networking, China＇s R＆D industry must get bigger and stronger enough to be the core node of the R＆D network, and to obtain more high-end innovation resources or develop more market space. For this purpose, we should take the paths of characteristic, coordinated, concentrated, cluster and open development, promoting the healthy and rapid development of China＇s R＆D industry.
