论母亲家庭伦理角色——以传统母训文化为考察中心

On the Family Ethical Role of Mother——Taking Traditional Culture of Mother's Admonition As the Focus

家庭伦理角色是母亲社会角色的一种。家庭伦理角色不仅决定母亲自身的幸福感和价值感,还直接影响着子女的成人成才。现代社会转型中的体制转轨、结构调整和观念冲突,造成了母亲家庭伦理角色的现实困境,主要表现为人们对角色期待的理想化和角色实践动力不足。解决现代母亲家庭伦理角色的困境,可以借鉴传统母训文化中具有现代意义的家庭伦理角色的规范内容与建构方法,从家庭伦理角色意识、家庭伦理角色规范体系与家庭伦理角色制约机制三个方面建设母亲家庭伦理角色。

The family ethical role is a kind of social role of mother. Family ethical role not only determines the mother＇s own sense of happiness and sense of value, but also directly affects the children＇s ability for becoming the talents. The transition of system, struc- tural adjustment and ideological conflict in the transformation of modern society cause a real dilemma of the family ethical role of moth- er. Its typical symptoms are the idealized role expectation and insufficient driving force of role practice. To solve the dilemma of the fam- ily ethical role of modern mother, the traditional culture of mother＇s admonition can provide references about valuable normative content and construction methods. We can construct the family ethical role of mother from three aspects： family ethical role＇s consciousness, family ethical role＇s standard system and family ethical role＇s restriction mechanism.
