摘要
针对水库移民后期扶持实施效果评价影响因子众多、涵盖领域广泛、相互作用复杂的特点,基于突变理论构建分层突变评价指标体系,用于10个典型村的后扶实施效果评价。计算结果表明,基于突变理论的评价方法能够有效降低主观性权重对评价结果的影响,评价结果与各区域后期扶持开展的实际情况吻合,该模型在复杂评价决策系统的应用中具有很强的优越性。
A hierarchical mutation evaluation index system based on catastrophe theory is built for the reason that the evaluation system of reservoir resettlement post-stage support implementation effect is influenced by many factors,and each index has a complex interaction and covers a wide field.The system is used to evaluate post-stage support implementation effect of 10 typical villages.The calculation results show that the mutation theory-based evaluation method can effectively reduce the influence of subjective weighting on evaluation results.The evaluation results are consistent with actual supporting situation in each region.The model has a strong advantage in the application of complex decision-making system evaluation.
