摘要
水力机组主轴轴心轨迹中包含大量的故障信息,在研究轴心轨迹之前必须进行降噪处理。针对含鉴相的轴摆信号,提出采用时程处理方法,依据鉴相片、轴系直径、采样频率等信息对时程信号处理,最终利用EMD方法剔除趋势项并重构信号的时程处理方法。实例分析表明,该方法能正确识别、剔除鉴相片所带来的影响,并对机组振摆信号进行准确重构,基于此准确描述机组状态。
The shaft orbit of hydraulic unit contains a lot of fault information.Before studying the shaft orbit,it must be processed to de-noise.A specific time history processing method is put forward based on the information of phase discrimination slice,shaft diameter and sampling frequency to process the shaft orbit signal with phase discrimination,and then the signal is reconstructed by subtracting the trends with EMD method.The example analysis shows that the method can identify and eliminate the influence of phase discrimination slice and accurately reconstruct the runout signal of hydraulic unit,and finally,it can correctly descript the state of unit.
