烯效唑对小麦苗期生长的调控效应(Ⅱ) 被引量:5

摘要 通过研究烯效唑拌种浓度对小麦苗期生长的影响。结果表明 :不同浓度烯效唑拌种对小麦有明显的壮苗作用 ,以 2 0mg/kg为佳。 3叶期前麦苗叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量均明显增加 ;可溶性蛋白质含量增加 ,可溶性糖和全氮较对照相比下降缓慢 ,糖氮比明显高于对照。 The effects of different concentrations (0,5,10,20,40 mg/kg) of Uniconazlole(S3307) on wheat seedlings were studied The results were showed as follows: S3307 applied to wheat enhanced the quality of wheat seedlings significantly, and 20 mg/kg was the best Effects of different S3307 concentration on chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll were significantly At the same time,the content of soluble carbohydrate in sheaths,leaves and leaf sheath of seedlings in treatment were increased And the seedlings in S-3307-treatment showed an appearance of strong seedling with carbohydrate nitrogen ratio The seedlings in treatment outstripped the control seedlings in the content of soluble carbohydrate and nitrogen
