摘要
针对分销企业订货策略不能根据实际需求量实时变动,导致库存量高于理想水平、库存成本居高不下等问题,根据企业库存管理逻辑,建立了相关数学模型,应用控制理论,将该数学模型转化为控制模型,提出了一种基于极点配置状态反馈控制的双被控变量模型。该模型将每期实际需求量作为控制变量,订货量和库存成本作为双被控变量对企业的库存系统进行控制。以北京超市发集团进销存数据作为实证分析数据,应用MATLAB对控制模型进行了仿真。结果表明,该模型可以在优化配置下对订货量和库存成本同时进行有效控制,可用于分销企业提高库存管理效率。
To solve the problem of high inventory level, high inventory cost and low efficiency result from the failure of change closely after the actual shipment in distribution companies, this paper developes a mathematic model based on the inventory control logic in distribution companies and converts the model into a control model and then proposes a dual controlled variable model based on pole-placement state feedback control by taking actual shipment as input, ordering quantity and inventory costs as outputs and inventory and forecasted shipment as state variables. Large sample data from Beijing Chaoshifa Market were used as experimental data and the MATLAB simulations were carried out. The results show that the proposed model can change ordering quantity closely after actual shipment while the inventory cost remains at in a relatively low and steady level, which helpes save the inventory greatly.
