摘要
针对企业复杂设备停产后面临的售后服务时长确定和备件末次采购等相关问题,以生产商售后服务利润最大化为目标,研究由备件供应商、设备生产商和消费者所组成的服务供应链,以期在求得最优的售后服务时长的基础上再确定备件末次采购量。通过构建相关决策模型进行数值分析,发现在给定的研究时间范围内相关命题假设得到验证。
In this paper,the research background is that some problems will arise after the products of the enterprise are off line such as the problems of after-sale service length and final order for service spare parts’ determination.The research object is the service supply chain of spare parts suppliers,product manufacturers and consumers together.The research target is maximum profit of manufacturer after-sale service.The research idea is that when the optimal after-sales service length based on spare parts is found,the final purchase amount can be determined.The decision-making model has been constructed and simulation analysis verifies the given hypotheses.
