面向两阶段可修串联系统的多变量监控优化设计 被引量:7

An Optimal Design of Multi-variable Monitoring for Two-unit Serial Repairable Systems

摘要 针对采用视情维修策略的两阶段串联可修制造系统,研究了系统的输出质量需要多个质量特性进行刻画,并采用χ2控制图对系统进行监控时的优化设计问题。采用连续时间的马尔可夫链来描述系统,利用更新理论,考虑过程的漂移为随机变量,构建了视情维修和χ2控制图监控相整合的优化设计目标函数;在考虑系统总体成本最小的同时兼顾控制图的统计性能,并据此确定了面向两阶段可修制造系统的χ2控制图监控优化设计模型。通过仿真,分析了所提出方法的优越性以及漂移程度对参数和系统总体成本的影响。 Aiming at two-unit serial repairable systems with condition-based maintenance,an optimal design ofχ2 control chart is investigated for the situation of output of the system with multi quality characteristics.The system is described by a continuous time Markov chain.By using the renewal theory,the optimization function to integrate condition-based maintenance andχ2 control chart under the mean shift of the system output is a random variable has been developed.Then,the optimization model considering minimize the average operation cost and the statistical performance ofχ2 control chart has been developed consequently.A numerical example is presented to investigate the performance of the proposed method.The sensitivity analysis on the decision variables and the average operation cost per unit time for mean shift are also performed by simulations.
