跟骨骨折术后X射线测量参数与主观康复结果的相关性分析

An analysis of correlation between postoperative measurements of X-ray parameters and subjective recovery outcomes in patients with calcaneal fracture

目的探讨跟骨骨折术后X射线测量参数与患者主观康复结果的相关性。方法回顾性分析43例跟骨骨折患者的临床资料,测量每例患者X射线参数(Bhler角、Gissane角、跟骨高度、跟骨长度、跟骨宽度、跟骨倾斜角和跟骨外翻角)。采用美国矫形外科足踝协会(AOFAS)评分和VAS疼痛评分评价患者主观康复结果,并分析其与X射线参数的相关性。结果 35例患者获得随访(38±6)个月,骨折愈合时间为(13.0±2.5)周,AOFAS评分为(60.1±12.3)分,VAS疼痛评分为(3.3±2.0)分。患者主观康复结果与跟骨宽度、跟骨外翻角密切相关(P<0.05),而与跟骨长度、跟骨高度、跟骨倾斜角、Bhler角、Gissane角无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论跟骨骨折患者跟骨宽度和跟骨外翻角的恢复显著影响患者主观康复结果。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the postoperative measurements of X-ray parameters and subjective recovery outcomes in the patients with calcaneal fracture.Methods The clinical data of 43 patients with calcaneal fracture were retrospectively analyzed.The measurements of X-ray parameters including Bhler angle,Gissane angle and height,length,width,tilt angle,valgus angle of calcaneus were performed.The subjective recovery outcomes of patients were evaluated by AOFAS and VAS pain scores,and the correlation between the outcomes and X-ray parameters was analyzed.Results Thirty-five patients were followed up for（38±6）months with the healing time of（13.0±2.5）weeks.AOFAS and VAS scores were（60.1±12.3）points and（3.3±2.0）points,respectively.The subjective recovery outcomes were closely correlated with width and valgus angle of calcaneus（P〈0.05）,but were not relevant to Bhler angle,Gissane angle and height,length,tilt angle of calcaneus（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The recovery of width and valgus angle of calcaneus may obviously affect the subjective recovery outcomes in the patients with calcaneal fracture.
