摘要
本文报告32只兔定量脑干压迫BAEP的变化和术后24~36小时动物意识恢复状况及脑干病理检查结果。探讨了颅后凹手术中BAEP的改变与听神经和脑干功能的关系及有关BAEP指标。结果表明,术中BAEP改变有4种类型;术侧BAEP反映同侧听神经功能状况(Ⅰ、Ⅱ型),出现Ⅱ型改变时术后压迫侧有神经性耳聋;手术对侧BAEP反映上部脑干功能(Ⅲ、Ⅳ型),Ⅳ型动物术后均有严重的脑干损伤。作者认为,BAEP的I—V波间时程为2.62+0.54(均值加3SD)是脑干功能不可逆损害的临界值。
In 32 rabbits, the changes of brain-stem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP)in quantitative brainstem compression andthe concious state of animals and path-ologic examination of brainstem in 24~36 hours postoperation are reported.BAEP waveforms in the operation aredivided into 4 types. The results showthat BAEP recorded at the operatingside represents the auditory nerve func-tion at the same side and the contralat-eral BAEP represents the upper brain-stem function. Auditory function wouldbe damaged when the type 2 of BAEPwas present, and all animals with thetype 4 of BAEP had brainstem dysfunc-tion. The authors believe that the int-er-peak interval of wave Ⅰ-Ⅴ of BAEP 3SD more than preoperation value is thecritical value of irreversible brainstemdamage.
