This paper holds the viewpoint of emergent grammar and explores the dynamic construction of the struc- ture ＂Shuo Hao De X Ne＂ （说好 X呢） in terms of form, meaning, function and generative mechanism. It found that the structure means ＂in the context of anti-expectation to provide a speaker with the expectation of X, on which the speaker hopes to draw attention and interaction on the part of the hearer.＂ Its basic function is to express one＇ s stance embodied by accountability, appeal, mocking and teasing. Its generative mechanism is to make analogies and parodies, to achieve high-frequency use and to be economically packaging.
