Research on Creativity of Knowledge Information in the Process of Enterprise Independent Innovation

知识信息创造作为企业创新发展不可或缺的动力因素,已成为推动企业进行技术创新的战略基点、打造企业核心竞争力的最重要武器。文章通过阐述组织知识创造理论的相关内容,对企业的知识信息创造力及其在企业自主创新发展中的作用进行分析,进而构建企业知识信息创造力模型,从个人、团队、企业以及企业与企业之间四个方面说明企业知识信息创造力的实现方式,以期丰富相关的理论,并将其运用于企业实践中加以创新发展。

Knowledge information creation is an essential factor for the development of enterprise innovation, and it has become the most important weapon to promote technological innovation and to build the core competitiveness of enterprises.This paper expounds the content of knowledge creation theory, analyzes the function of knowledge and information creation and its role in the development of enterprise independent innovation, and then constructs the enterprise knowledge information creativity model, from the individual, the team, the enterprise as well as between the enterprise and the enterprise four aspects to explain the enterprise knowledge information creation way, aim to enrich related theory, and apply it to the innovation and development of enterprise practice.
