京津冀区域信息化发展的空间差异及协调度研究

Research on Spatial Difference and Coordination Degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Regional Informatization Development

为揭示京津冀区域信息化空间差异的成因,以期为制定区域信息化政策、区域经济协调发展规划提供合理的依据,采用变异系数和锡尔系数对2009-2013年京津冀区域信息化的空间差异及协调度进行定量测评,构建区域信息化评价指标体系及评价模型。研究结果可为京津冀区域制定信息化政策、协调经济发展规则提供合理的参考。

To reveal causes of the spatial difference of informatization in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and to provide a reasonable basis to the formulation of regional informatization policy and the planning of regional economy coordinated development, the quantitative measure method of Variation Coefficient and Theil Indices is used to analyze spatial differences and coordination degree of regional informatization development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2009 to 2013.The evaluation index system and its evaluation model is established in this article. The research results provide a resonable reference for the information policy formulation and economic develepment rules coordination in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
