移动图书馆持续使用意向及习惯的调节作用

A Study of Users' Continuance Intention of the Mobile Library and Habit's Moderating Effect

以信息系统持续使用模型为基础构建移动图书馆持续使用意向的结构方程模型,探寻移动图书馆用户满意度及持续使用的关键影响因子。通过网络问卷和纸质问卷调查高校移动图书馆用户,并采用偏最小二乘法对模型进行验证。研究结果表明,感知有用性、期望确认程度、服务质量和相对优势对用户满意度具有显著的正向影响;用户习惯、感知有用性、相对优势和用户满意度对持续使用意向具有显著的正向影响;习惯对相对优势与持续使用意向间的关系具有负向调节作用。研究结果对高校移动图书馆研究与服务实践具有重要意义。

In order to explore critical factors of user satisfaction with and continuance intention of mobile university library, this study built a structural equation model based on Expectation Confirmation Model of IS Continuance. And the model was validated by partial least squares（PLS） method based on the investigation on the users of mobile university library. The following results were confirmed： perceived usefulness, service quality, expectation confirmation and relative advantage were the factors influencing user satisfaction, which, together with habit, perceived usefulness and relative advantage had positive impact on users＇ continuance intention to use the mobile university library; habit played a negative moderating role between relative advantage and continuance intention. The conclusion was beneficial for research and service of mobile university libraries.
