摘要
本研究利用EBSCO、Emerald、知网(CNKI)和万方数据库以国内外企业知识服务文献为研究对象,试图为国内企业知识服务的研究带来一些新的动向和启发。首先从宏观上对国内外文献的数量、来源、作者机构和主题进行了文献计量分析,其次在微观上对文献主要内容进行梳理,最后本研究探索了目前企业知识服务研究中存在的不足。通过文献内容的梳理,发现企业知识服务的研究主要集中在内涵探讨、平台及系统搭建、服务能力提升、服务模式类型和实现技术等五个层面,并结合目前的不足及当前的时代背景,提出企业知识服务的研究趋势。
This paper analyses the domestic and foreign literature of enterprise knowledge service by using databases of EB-SCO,Emerald,CNKI and Wanfang in order to bring some new research tendency and inspiration to the domestic enterprise knowledge service. Firstly, the quantities, sources, agencies and subject of literature are used to make statistical and contrast analysis. Secondly, we identify the main contents of the literature. Finally, this paper explores the shortcomings in the course of study. By combing main contents of the literature, the result shows that research focuses on five parts of theoretical discussion, platform and system construction, knowledge service ability, the types of patterns and implementation technology; and combined with the shortcomings and the current time background, puts forward the research trend of enterprise knowledge service.
