摘要
对同一地块内生长的茶树进行一年三季的主要生化成分分析,结果显示:同一生化成分在同一季节中水浸出物、茶多酚、咖啡碱、EC、EGCG、ECG等6个指标呈较强的一致性,变异范围不大;游离氨基酸总量、EGC、+C等3个指标的变异范围较大;同一成分在不同季节变化幅度不同,在春、夏、秋三季存在明显差异。
The main biochemical components of tea in three seasons of a year was analyzed, the result showed that for the same biochemical components in the same season, six indicators including the content by water extract, tea polyphenol, caffeine, EC, EGCG and ECG, showed strong consistency, and the variation range was not big, and the range of variation of 3 index including free amino acids, EGC, +C was large. For the same component amplitude variations in different seasons, there were significant differences in the spring, summer, autumn.
