摘要
臭氧是一种高效、广谱、安全的杀菌剂,被应用于多个领域。本文对臭氧在果蔬生产上防治病虫害的效果以及在果蔬采后保鲜过程中对其品质的影响进行了综述,以期为今后臭氧在果蔬生产中的应用和发展提供参考。
Ozone is a kind of efficient, broad-spectrum and safe fungicide, which has been applied in many fields. This paper reviewed the effects of ozone treatments on the production of fruits and vegetables,including the effects on controlling diseases and insects and the qualities in its post harvest preservation process. This will provide references for the application of ozone treatments on fruit and vegetable industry in the future.
