摘要
丛枝菌根真菌是一类与植物根际共生的促生真菌。植物与丛枝菌根真菌共生可促进植物生长,增加根系与土壤的接触面积,进而促进植物与土壤的物质交流,增强植物抗逆性,提高果实产量及品质。本文综述了植物接种丛枝菌根真菌,提高植物抗逆性的作用机制,以及其对果实营养、风味等品质的影响。
Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi are a kind of symbiotic fungi growing with plant rhizosphere. Plants and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi symbiosis can improve plant growth, increase the contact area of roots contact with soil, promote the communication between plant and soil, enhance plant resistance and improve the yield and quality of fruit. In this review, we described the action mechanism of improving plant resistance by plants and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi symbiosis, and the influence to the fruit nutrient and other character.
