摘要
提出了一种新型的具有串并联共同谐振的谐振直流环节软开关逆变器结构。该结构中所有开关器件均工作在零电压开关或零电流开关条件下。该电路开关器件较少,控制简单,损耗较小。直流母线零电压的持续时间可以自由选择和控制。不使用桥臂短路的控制方法,安全可靠。由于谐振参数不同的匹配,使得该辅助电路的工作模式灵活,控制方式可以根据工作模式选择需要的。分析了其工作原理,给出了不同工作模式的等效电路,并进行了实验,结果验证了该逆变器的有效性。
A new kind of resonant DC link soft inverter with series-parallel resonant is put forward.All switching devices of the structure work under the condition of zero voltage or zero current switch.The number of the circuit switching device is less,the loss is smaller than other circuit and the circuit is controlled simply.The duration of the DC bus voltage zero can be freely chosen and controlled.The control method of the bridge arm short circuit does not be used,which is safe and reliable.Due to different resonant parameters matching,the auxiliary circuit working mode is flexible and the control method can be chosen according to the needs.Its working principle is analyzed,the different working mode of equivalent circuit is given out.The effectiveness of the proposed inverter is verified with the simulation results.
