摘要
航空发动机转子叶尖间隙是影响其性能和安全的重要参数。采用电容法进行叶尖间隙测量时,测量准确度的影响因素有很多,文中将其分为4大类、共计22条末端因素。通过现场调查、计算分析和试验验证的方式,对末端因素逐个按照标准进行了检查,确定了7条主要影响因素,并提出了解决方案,最终保证了电容法叶尖间隙测量的准确度。
Areoengine rotor blade tip clearance is an important parameter which affects the performance and safety of the engine.There are many accuracy influencing factors when using capacitance tip clearance device.These factors are divided into four categories,totaling twenty two end factors.Through field investigation,calculation validation and experimental verification,etc.,all end factors are checked on one by one.Seven main factors are determined,and solutions are proposed,thus the tip clearance measurement accuracy based on the capacitance method is ensured.
