油页岩干馏工艺技术进展 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了世界油页岩的储量及分布情况,油页岩工业化利用现状及多种油页岩干馏工艺技术,并对油页岩干馏技术应用前景做了展望。国内油页岩干馏工艺存在油收率低、处理量小、资源利用率低、自动化控制程度低、环境污染等问题。目前油页岩干馏工艺技术发展的趋势是工艺简单、适应性强、零污染,因此要加强对现有各种油页岩干馏工艺的融合,取长补短,实现低成本、零污染、较高投资收益,并能够实现规模效应。 The distribution of oil shale and reserves in the world was introduced. The oil shale retorting technology and application were also discussed. There were some problems about Chinese oil shale retorting technology,such as low oil yield,low capacity,low utilization rate of resources,low automatic control,environmental pollution. The tendency of retorting technology development is simple process,high adaptable,zero pollution. We must integrate all the retorting technologies,complement each other,to implement low cost,zero pollution,higher yield,and can realize economies of scale.
