摘要
采用碳酸化法制备碳酸钙晶须,使用氯化镁为晶型控制剂,主要研究了氯化镁溶液的回收利用情况。结果表明,初始镁钙摩尔比、反应温度、二氧化碳气体流量等因素对晶须形貌、含量以及氯化镁的回收利用效果有明显影响。较高镁钙摩尔比有利于形成形貌、含量理想的晶须,当维持较低过饱和度时,有利于氯化镁溶液的回收利用。
Calcium carbonate whisker was prepared via carbonation process using magnesium chloride as crystal polymorph control agent. Recycle of magnesium chloride was investigated. The results showed that initial Mg / Ca ratio,temperature and carbon dioxide gas flow affected the morphology and content of whisker in product,and influenced the recycling utilization of magnesium chloride. Higher initial Mg / Ca ratio was conducive to form preferable whiskers,while maintenance of lower supersaturation degree was in favor of magnesium chloride recycle.
