摘要 研究GMT-PP材料的老化性能及预测其寿命,以GMT-PP材料为原料制备试样,并研究其在不同温度下GMTPP材料的失重率、压缩强度、体积电阻、表面电阻随时间的变化情况,结果表明:GMT-PP材料在90、110、130、150℃下,失重率上升,压缩强度、体积电阻率、表面电阻率下降,温度越高,其变化速率都越大。并推测其寿命(常温20℃下)为:15.1、6.39、6.19年,压缩强度、体积电阻率、表面电阻下降30%。 In order to study the aging properties of GMT- PP materials and predict their life,the samples were prepared using GMT- PP material as raw material. The changes of compressive strength,volume resistivity and surface resistivity of GMT- PP materials at 90,110,130 and 150 ℃ were studied. The results showed that the weight loss rate of GMT- PP increased at 90,110,130 and 150 ℃,and the compressive strength,volume resistivity and surface resistivity decreased. The higher of the temperature,the greater of the rate of change. The life of materials was predicted that after15. 1,6. 39 and 6. 19 years,the compressive strength,volume resistivity and surface resistance decreased by 30% at 20 ℃.
