摘要
为进一步降低生产成本及减少环境污染,以三聚氯氰、氢氧化钠及对羟基苯甲醛为原料在水溶液中通过取代反应合成出三嗪衍生物2,4,6-三(对甲酰基苯氧基)-1,3,5-三嗪,产品经洗涤提纯处理后获得的收率在70%以上,同时为了确定该样品的化学结构,使用了红外光谱、核磁共振进行了表征,表征结果证实合成出来的样品为目标产物2,4,6-三(对甲酰基苯氧基)-1,3,5-三嗪。
In order to reduce production costs and reduce environmental pollution,2,4,6- tris( p- formylphenoxy)- 1,3,5- triazine was synthesized from cyanuric chloride,sodium hydroxide and p- hydroxybenzaldehyde in water solution by substitution reaction. The product was purificated by washing and the yield above 70%. The structure of the product was confirmed by FTIR and NMR. The product confirmed 2,4,6- tris( p- formylphenoxy)- 1,3,5- triazine from the characterization results.
