苯乙烯环氧化制备环氧苯乙烷的合成研究

摘要 采用苯乙烯和过氧化氢环氧化制备环氧苯乙烷的研究。考察了反应物料摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂用量等因素对苯乙烯环氧化的影响。实验结果表明,n(30%过氧化氢)∶n(苯乙烯)=2∶1,甲酰胺25 m L,反应温度25℃,反应时间3 h。在此条件下,苯乙烯的转化率为16.1%。用过氧化氢氧化,绿色环保,环境友好。 Styrene and hydrogen peroxide were used for preparation of epoxy ethyl benzene by epoxidation. The influences of material mole ratio,the reaction temperature,reaction time,dosage of solvent in styrene epoxidation were studied. The experimental results showed that n( 30% hydrogen peroxide) ∶n( styrene) = 2∶1,formamide was 25 m L,reaction temperature was 25 ℃,reaction time was 3 h. Under this condition,the conversion of styrene was 16. 1%. With hydrogen peroxide oxidation,the synthesis was environmental friendly with green environmental protection.
