品红亚硫酸试液对比色法测定环氧乙烷残留量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 考查品红亚硫酸试液配制条件对比色法测定环氧乙烷残留量的影响。用同一系列浓度的乙二醇标准溶液,分别经四种不同条件下的品红试剂显色,比较此四种方式下标准溶液的吸光度值及标准曲线的线性关系;并对同批次的输液器进行测定,比较输液器中环氧乙烷残留量的测定情况。四种品红亚硫酸试液配制方法均能使供试品显色,标准曲线趋势相似,相关系数分别为0.9908、0.9947、0.9904、0.9903。输液器供试液的吸光度在四种条件下均为0.000,但因四支标准曲线的响应值不同,故经过标准曲线方程换算后获取的供试液的相应反应体积区别较大,其单位产品中环氧乙烷绝对含量依次为0.12 mg/套、0.10 mg/套、0.13 mg/套、0.15 mg/套。结论参照GB/T 14233.1-2008配制并经暗处放置12 h后再使用的品红亚硫酸试液,可使比色反应更加灵敏、线性更好。 The effects of fuchsin sulfite solution preparation conditions to determinate the ethylene oxide residued by colorimetry were tested. Using the ethylene glycol standard solution with a series of concentration,which coloured respectively by four different conditions of fuchsin reagent,comparing with the absorbance and the linear relationship of standard curve in these four mode of standard solution,the same batch of infusion was measured,comparing with the conditions of infusion in determination of the amount of ethylene oxide residues. The preparation method of four kinds of fuchsin sulfite solution can make the sample solution color. The standard curves showed a similar trend. The correlation coefficients were 0. 9908,0. 9947,0. 9904,0. 9903. Under the four conditions,the absorbance of the test solution infusion was 0. 000. But the response values of the four standard curves were different. So after conversion of the standard curve equation,the corresponding reaction volume of the test solution had big difference. The absolute content of epoxy ethane in the unit product was 0. 12 mg / set,0. 10 mg / set,0. 13 mg / set and 0. 15 mg / set. Referring to GB / T 14233. 1-2008 preparation and using the fuchsin sulfite solution after dark for 12 h,which can make more sensitive colorimetric reaction,the linearity was better.
