摘要 Morita-Baylis-Hillman(MBH)反应是一个重要的有机人名反应,通过对反应催化剂、溶剂和反应温度的优化,设计了可以由本科生独立完成的MBH反应实验,即以甲醇和水为混合溶剂,1,4-二氮杂二环[2.2.2]辛烷为催化剂实现丙烯酸叔丁酯与对硝基苯甲醛的亲核加成反应。实验涉及有机合成基本操作和结构表征,可了解有关催化机理、选择性和产率等基本概念,提高学生在文献查阅、实验设计及化合物表征等方面的综合能力。 An experiment for undergraduate students based on the Morita- Baylis- Hillman( MBH) reaction was recommended. The addition reaction of 4- nitrobenzaldehyde and tert- butyl acrylate was conducted by using 1,4-diazabicyclo[2. 2. 2]octane as a catalyst in a mixed solvent of methanol and water. The experiment involving basic operations of organic synthesis and structural characterization is helpful for students to understand the basic concepts related to the catalytic mechanism,reaction selectivity and yield. By conducting this experiment,the comprehensive abilities of students can be enhanced,including literature review,experimental design,compound characterization,etc.
