摘要
介绍一个本科绿色有机化学综合实验——一个重要医药中间体4,4’-二氟二苯甲酮的合成。该综合实验采用最新的研究进展,利用原位钯纳米催化剂,在室温常压下,实现了4-氟碘苯、4-氟苯硼酸与常压一氧化碳的羰基化Suzuki交叉偶联反应,高选择性和高产率合成了目标产品。本实验用到的聚乙二醇具有三重作用:溶剂、还原剂和稳定剂,这大大减少了药品的使用。实验综合性强、可操作性强和重复性好。
A green comprehensive organic chemistry experiment——synthesis of 4,4'- difluoro diphenylmethanone was introduced for college chemistry experiments. This experiment was based on the newest development of carbonylative Suzuki reactions: in situ generation of palladium nanoparticles- catalyzed cross coupling of 4- fluoroiodobenzene with 4-fluorophenylboronic acid under ambient conditions gave the desired product in an excellent yield and selectivity. Notably,polyethylene glycol played triple roles: a solvent,reductant and stabilizer. And the experiment had good stability,consistency and repeatability.
