摘要
通过数值模拟结合数学计算的方法,进行水平井分段压裂管柱中K344封隔器的锚定力分析计算。给出K344封隔器在井下工作时的锚定力计算公式,建立了扩张式胶筒的力学分析模型,利用有限元软件Abaqus完成数值仿真计算。现场井实例分析计算和验证表明,该方法达到了优化管柱设计的目的。
Analytical calculation is conducted of K344packer’s anchoring force in staged fracturing string of horizontal well through numerical simulation and mathematical calculation.This paper introduces K344packer’s anchoring force calculation formula,establishes mechanical analysis model of expanding packer rubber and completes numerical simulating calculation by means of finite element software Abaqus.Field calculation and verification shows that this method has achieved the aim to optimize the string design.
