摘要
APC多用途循环阀主要由锁定和开启部分、与管柱连接部分以及辅助部分等组成,采用环空压力操作,能够方便、安全地使油套管之间连通,具有结构简单、操作简便、安全性高等特点。应用于掺稀、测试、完井等多种不同的作业管柱,累计52井次,成功率为100%,满足了设计要求。
APC（Annular Pressure Control）multi-purpose circulating valve consists mainly of three parts,namely,lock and unlock part,connection part to pipe column and auxiliary part.It is characterized by simple structure,user-friendly control and high safety.It can be used in working string for blending thin oil,oil testing and well completion.It has been applied to 52 well treatments with 100% success ratio.
